International cups advance at different rates (single letters vs. double letters), so always confirm the fit with a try-on or sister-size check.

Convert your size in three steps

Measure accurately

Record a snug underbust and a standing bust measurement. Add leaning or lying bust numbers if your shape changes between positions.

Match the base size

Locate your current size in the chart (or enter it into the calculator) and follow the row to the target country column.

Verify with sister sizes

If the converted band feels off, slide to the sister size above or below while adjusting the cup in the opposite direction.

Lock in your global fit

Run your numbers through the calculator, then compare silhouettes in the perception guide so each international size still feels like you.

International sizing FAQ

Why do bra sizes change between countries?

Band labels are based on either inches or centimeters, and cup letters escalate differently by market (single vs. double letters). That’s why a 34D in the US maps to 75D in the EU and 90D in France.

How do I convert if I’m between band sizes?

Start with the closest band shown in the chart, then test the sister size above or below. For example, if 34 feels tight, convert the 36 band and drop the cup one letter to keep the same volume.

What measurements should I keep on hand?

Keep your snug (or tight) underbust plus at least one bust measurement (standing). For fuller busts, add leaning and lying measurements to check which cup depth feels best across brands.
